How It Works
Inquiry & Consultation
Fill out the inquiry form. This helps me know what you are looking for and more about your travel style.
During the consultation we’ll explore your destination, your travel companions, and the style of journey you want to create. Once you’re ready, you’ll complete your agreement and planning fee, and that’s when I begin building your custom itinerary.
Proposal
Based on our conversation, I’ll build a tailored proposal with curated hotels, experiences, cruise options, and trip progression.
You’ll get two rounds of revisions to adjust anything you’d like. Your feedback helps us move quickly and ensures I can lock in the best options available.
Approval
Once you approve the proposal I will make all the necessary bookings and deposits depending on the requirements. I will finalize your itinerary and walk you through all of it.
I’ll stay in touch with you throughout the entire process- before your trip, during your travels, and once you’re back home.
Travel Begins
With your bags packed and documents in hand, you’re ready for an unforgettable journey. I’m available throughout your travels should you need anything.
